For the past 21 years, Jessica has worked at Chick-fil-A, where she has played a key role in overseeing company facilities' maintenance, safety, and efficiency. Her deep expertise in managing large-scale operations has helped ensure that Chick-fil-A's buildings and infrastructure run smoothly, aligning with the company’s high customer service and quality standards, all while in partnership with the 2,800 individual operators and over 3,000 buildings.

Before joining Chick-fil-A, Jessica began her career at Georgia Power, where she gained valuable experience in the energy and utilities sector. Her background in power systems and technical operations allowed her to seamlessly transition into facilities management, where she has since excelled in creating safe and productive environments.

Jessica has been known throughout her career for her leadership, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to team culture. She is married to her fun husband, Gooch, and has two kids, Ryan and Carson. Jessica enjoys training, walking her dogs, going to escape rooms, and traveling.
