TRAINING CENTRE
Knowing how to evaluate the physical and sensorial characteristics that define the quality of a coffee has become the common language for all professionals in the sector and training is the key to acquiring this skill.
Convinced that it is also a fundamental tool for understanding and disseminating the value of speciality coffee we created our training centre, becoming the first to be certified by the SCA in Spain and one of the first in Europe to host Q Arabica Grader courses certified by the Coffee Quality Institute.
