The original iSi company was Karl Fischer-Pochtler GmbH. As Carl Pochtler AG, it produced the first soda machines at the beginning of the 19th century. Today, the core products of the culinary business are CO2 capsules for the production of soda water and N2O capsules for the production of cream, soups, sauces and foams.
The management of the company is traditional: Mag. Christian C. Pochtler is a direct descendant of the founding family Fischer-Pochtler. He has successfully led the company into the 21st century with an innovative business policy.
