With 70 years of experience in the sector of coffee grinders and bar equipment, Ceado was born from its founder’s passion and massive artisanal skills: Egidio Girardi.
Egidio Girardi’s experience began in Venice in 1952 and resulted in the creation of an entrepreneurial project, side by side with his sons and their technical and managerial skills.
Initially, designing and manufacturing for third parties, in 1998 the company decided to invest in its own commercial brand: Ceado, local name of the family, which soon gained fame worldwide.
The Girardi family has always been tightly bonded with its Venetian origins. For Ceado, Venice with its courageous beauty, has always represented an everlasting source of inspiration.
The transition from manufacture to industry happened thanks to the second generation of the family, still owners and leaders: Michele, President and R&D Director, and Paolo, Vice-President and Commercial Director.
Since the beginnings, Ceado is driven by the desire to innovate and continues setting new standards for its markets.
Continuous investments in Research and Development (R&D) and commitment to skills development are the company's current focuses. All the effort is oriented to the strengthening and growth of human resources and corporate functions.
