For 80 years our family business has produced and distributed some of the best Colombian coffee through local exporters. In 2015, we expanded our operations and also began sourcing from other producers, and exporting the finest Colombian coffees to the world.
Today, we´re committed to contributing to the specialty coffee industry in a number of ways. First and foremost, we're coffee producers from Colombia. Our farm Jardines del Eden, is focused on exotic varieties to achieve unique flavours, previously unseen in Colombia. We are proud of these special lots and believe they are among the finest in the world.
At our processing centre, La Pradera, we specialize in alternative fermentation techniques that are truly revolutionary and pushing the boundaries.
We also represent and support a large number of local coffee growers. Cofinet’s established an internship program for coffee growers to join us and learn the best practices for producing coffee and using fermentation to increase the cup score of their cherries. We pride ourselves on creating sustainable, ethical and long-term relationships.
Contributing to the world and the environment is also at the forefront for us. We support environmentally friendly initiatives such as using less water to process coffees, and partnering with NGOs that focuses on agroforestry - planting thousands of native trees in Colombia every year.
