Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the West Coast Art & Frame Expo and National Conference 2020. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you.

Deposit (minimum of $1,000) is due at time of application. Deposits reserve your spot in the trade show, eligible promotions applied and early bird pricing. Booth preference is not guaranteed but the WCAF Expo will do our utmost to ensure your request is met. Deposit amount is 100% refundable prior to booth placement. Beginning on the fifth day after booth placement, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.

The initial booth processing fee must be made using a credit card, mailed check or wire transaction. If you are unable to make your deposit at the time of application using a credit card, mailed check or wire transaction, please email your account representative for further assistance.
