In this Expo triple-header, led by engineers representing Charter, Comcast and ASAPP, Expo attendees will learn the latest in three disparate, yet related, areas: Remote learning, “digital natives,” and workflow management for plant construction. Charter’s Shiloh McCoy opens the session with an in-depth look at knowledge transfer in remote learning environments, and addresses whether remote learning is as effective as in-person learning. Next, ASAPP’s Rachel Knaster covers new techniques for delivering customer experiences -- when the customers are loud, vocal, “digital natives” who value experiences as much as products. Lastly, Comcast’s Mindy Kang will detail a successful workflow management platform for plant construction.
