This session, with two speakers from Charter, will highlight the ongoing developments in 5G private networking. Curt Wong will kickoff the session with a look at the new service paradigms that 5G private networks enable, including a service hosting environment which can be deployed locally to access services with ultra-low latency and high Quality of Experience. Muhammad Khan will follow up with explaining the various architectures of private networks, and how private networks combined with MEC give the ability for enterprises to keep data on premises, while supporting cases that require low latency. Muhammad will also present how different use cases can be served by private LTE/5G networks in the industrial, healthcare, and educational verticals. Alysha Godin from Ciena will be moderating.
