    Description

    As cable operators deploy a mix of technologies to satisfy consumer needs for broadband service policy makers and advocates are often confused about the attributes and benefits of the various technologies deployed. This section will cut through the jargon to examine why network operators deploy particular technologies in particular situations and the benefit to consumers and subscribers. We will also examine the proper role of online speed tests and crowdsourced data.
