Robert Flask is a 27-year veteran of the communications test industry. He leads the field Instrument business within VIAVI Solutions and has responsibility for P&L, and overall roadmap and strategy. His focus has been working with operators around the world to successfully transition to 10 Gigabit/s to the home. He has both engineering and business background with deep understanding of the technologies and their implications to the industry. He has been a regular speaker and contributor to articles throughout his career. Rob has held diverse leadership roles, including product management and engineering.
