Part 2 of this workshop delves even further into full-stack security by exploring DOCSIS® and device level security. This inspection of architecture from the service layer to the network layer is unique to the MSO, offering an exclusive glimpse into what’s working on ONUs, as well. CableLabs’ Yuan Tian will guide us through understanding the different security controls available in DOCSIS 4.0, while CommScope’s Rafie Shamsaasef will enlighten us about bitcode obfuscation as a promising technique in the next generation of software protection services in the cloud. With Ciena’s Jim Carnes moderating, you will learn about resiliency, availability, and network capability.
