Catherine (Cate) McNaught manages emerging applications market development at Corning Optical Communications. Throughout her 15 years at Corning, she has held positions in field engineering, business development, major account management, and market development; building expertise in CATV networks, FTTH, FTTx, Smart City, and emerging applications. In her current role, she works with operators to anticipate the optical and implementation factors associated with network evolution and then applies that perspective to shape product development at Corning.
Cate holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
