DOCSIS Diagnostics and Managed Services for Cable Operators

ZCorum offers advanced diagnostics and managed services for cable operators. SetTop VU provides individual and aggregated diagnostics from set-top boxes, plus access to comprehensive TV Analytics to help negotiate programming agreements and target ads more effectively. SpectraVizion uses full band capture to display downstream spectrum for all data & video channels passing through the CPE. PreEqualization Analyzer is a DOCSIS proactive network maintenance (PNM) tool that lets you find impairments before they impact subscribers, and it now supports strand map overlays. Upstream Analyzer displays return-path spectrum passing through a CMTS for all ports 24x7 and shows ingress under the carrier. TruVizion provides diagnostics for modems, EMTAs, ports, the CMTS, and home network WiFi diagnostics. We have a line of Remote MAC-PHY CMTS for Distributed Access Architecture (DAA). For IPv4 to IPv6 migration and DDoS protection we have Carrier Grade NAT (CGNAT) and DDoS Solutions.
