Booth Space Selection & Purchase 

You must log in below in order to access The Online Booth Reservation System. First round of booth selection will be held from March 11-27 by Online Booth Reservation appointment based on Exhibitor Earned Priority Points.

General Sales open April 1.

In preparation, be sure to:

  1. Review the Virtual Floor Plan Here. 
    Prior to your online booth reservation appointment, please review the live virtual floor plan to monitor availability of your selections, competitor locations, and to view any reconfigured space.
     
  2. Review SCTE TechExpo24 Exhibitor Application Terms and Conditions and SCTE Additional Exhibitor Terms | Rules & Regulations here.
     
  3. Confirm your Membership status to receive discounted booth rates where applicable.
    Standards Members - 2024 dues must be paid prior to booth selection. Contact Mary Heenan for more info. Tech CAP Program Members - 2024 agreement must be signed and executed prior to booth selection. Contact Melanie Pastore for more info. All other Exhibitors receive Regular Rate. See rates table below.
     
  4. Determine payment method for 50% deposit.
    You may opt to pay via credit card, online ACH payment, or request an invoice for payment. Space is reserved upon application submission and confirmed assigned upon receipt of 50% deposit. Reserved space(s) will be vacated if deposit is not received within 30 days of purchase. Note, only after receipt of 50% deposit Exhibitors will be included in the public Exhibitor Listing and can update public profile information as applicable.
