Are you a general dentist? If so, we would like to invite you to participate in our research survey: Clinical Decision-Making of Tooth Restorability.
Eligibility requirements:
General dentist
Currently practicing in the United States
Able to take a computer-based survey (approximately 30 minutes)
Participants who complete the survey will be compensated with a $50 VISA gift card.
