Ancillary Events
SOHO aims to provide superior customer service to members, industry partners and meeting attendees. To achieve this aim, SOHO requires all organizations that wish to hold functions during the SOHO Annual Meeting to complete an Ancillary Event Request. This applies to functions of any size or nature, and in any location.
Ancillary Events may not be scheduled during official meeting session or events as listed in the following table unless the requestor has received prior written approval from the SOHO 2024 Planning Committee. Submit your Ancillary Event Request to Belinda Melder at bmelder@jwccllc.com
