APS Brakes are manufactured from one-piece forgings made from High Grade Aerospace Steel. Using state of the art CNC lathes we adhere to the Highest Technical Standards and are capable of maintaining extremely tight tolerances throughout our manufacturing processes. After machining, our discs are subjected to a stringent quality control program before and after our proprietary heat treating process. Our proprietary heat treating process provides our discs with enhance wear characteristics, longer wear life, and an extremely high resistance to metal corrosion, making the APS Brake Discs particularly suited for aircraft used in the aerial spraying. The APS Semi-Metallic and Metallic brake linings are manufactured from high performance friction materials for the best braking performance. APS Brakes are a great value and a quality product!
