What is the attire for TEC?
Dress for all events/courses during TEC is business casual.
What's included with my TEC registration?
All in person TEC registrants receive daily breakfast, lunch and access to all TEC hosted networking events. Select courses and certification programs may have additional fees. Please see the specific session description for information regarding additional fees.
All virtual TEC registrants receive access to the virtual platform and the track courses they purchase.
Can I use PSA training bucks to attend TEC?
PSA will reimburse members for the TEC registration fee and any course fees for you and all your staff with PSA training bucks.

What is the cancellation policy?
Complete payment for registration fees are due at time of registration for all attendees and guests. Cancellations made before April 19, 2021 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between April 20 and April 26 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation after April 26, 2021.
Who can come to TEC?
EVERYONE! TEC is an open event and is available to everyone in the systems integrations industry.
