The European Bank for iPSCs (EBiSC) is a non-profit iPSC repository to collect, safeguard and distribute iPSC lines generated within research projects worldwide. EBiSC's collection of >900 iPSC lines covers >40 diseases including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Huntington's disease, as well as other neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders. EBiSC also distributes iPSC-neurons from a healthy background for immediate use in culture and available at high cell concentrations, providing an ideal starting point for diverse co-culture approaches as well as large-scale assays and high-throughput drug screenings. EBiSC high quality iPSC services include reprogramming, banking, QC, differentiation, gene editing and translation of protocols to bioreactor based approaches.
