Neuroscience Multi-Omic (NeMO) Archive
The Neuroscience Multi-omic Archive (NeMO Archive) is a data repository specifically focused on the storage and dissemination of sequence-based omics data generated from the BRAIN Initiative, SCORCH consortium, and other brain research projects. In addition to a web portal providing searchable access to raw data, the NeMO Archive makes available a number of tools including a direct interface between data and cloud-computing resources (terra.bio) as well as a visualization and analysis platform (nemoanalytics.org).
