Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service
HOWDY! We are Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
As an outreach education agency, the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service provides programs, tools, and resources on a local and statewide level that teach people how to improve agriculture and food production, advance health practices, protect the environment, strengthen the economy, and enrich youth.
Whether teaching programs face-to-face, giving demonstrations, conducting field days, creating web-based resources, or answering questions one-on-one, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service provides educational programming designed to address the needs of Texans.
Through a well-organized network of program specialists, professional educators and volunteers, AgriLife Extension addresses the diverse range of contemporary and emerging issues that affect local communities. With 250 county offices serving Texans in all 254 counties, County Extension Agents serve families, youth, communities, and businesses throughout the state.
