Good Morning, landscaping and nursery people! The U. S. Department of Labor, Wage & Hour Division is excited to be included in the upcoming 2019 EXPO. Our mission is to promote and achieve compliance with labor standards to protect and enhance the welfare of the Nation's workforce. We are looking forward to joining you at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
During the conference come by our booth and we can explain employer labor compliance responsibilities, and we’ll share with you how to stay in compliance and how to pay your employees correctly. We will discuss child labor, hazards in landscaping and more.
