Utility Research Garden is dedicated to the cultivation and understanding of bamboo plants. We carry over 50 species of bamboo including: Bambusa oldhamii 'Giant Timber Bamboo', B. textilis 'Weaver's Bamboo', B. tuldoides 'Ventricosa Buddha's Belly', B. multiplex 'Alphonse Karr', B. multiplex 'Silverstripe', B. multiplex 'Golden Goddess', B. multiplex 'Featherleaf', Phyllostachys decora 'Beautiful Bamboo', P. nigra 'Black Bamboo', P. viridis 'Robert Young', P. aurea 'Koi', P. japonica 'Arrow', and Semiarundinaria fastuosa 'Temple'
