Green Belly Foods is a small family business started by two cousins to support the people they love. They fuse traditional Guatemalan hot sauces and salsas with craft Colorado quality.
The dream started when Juan shared his mom’s secret sauce. He named it Green Belly Hot Sauce with a nod to his hometown and the importance of sustainability. From there the cousins were encouraged by friends to start selling at local farmers markets and have expanded regionally in Whole Foods, King Soopers, Safeway, Natural Grocers and Foodservice accounts.
