My story is closely tied to the history of Castelvetrano. For four generations, my family has been dedicated to milling wheat and producing high-quality flours and semolina. In 1991, I, Filippo Drago, took over the company as the first miller to express through my work a true passion for Sicilian wheat. I carefully select each grain with the precision made possible by advanced technology, before milling it in traditional stone mills that release the sounds and aromas of tradition. Today, Molini del Ponte S.r.l. is also present on the international stage with its sought-after products. We are proud to be in Japan, the United States, and across Europe.
