Our story begins with the vision of a boy in love with the desert and concerned about those who want to know the secrets of the transformation of what is found in Nature. How wheat can be turned into bread, olives into oil and grapes into wine.
THE DESERT - Single environment
Our olive trees flourish in the only Desert in Europe, a unique ecosystem with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and stable temperatures of 17º, on average. The estate is located 25 km from the Mediterranean Sea and with Cabo de Gata Nature Park to the East ,andto the West just 45 km from the frozen slopes of the Sierra Nevada Nature Park.
THE BIODIVERSITY - The Estate
The love for nature inspired this farm to have the utmost respect for the environment that surrounds it. This has allowed us to foster the coexistence of 100 % organic crops together with native flora and fauna in perfect harmony.
The biodiversity is evident when we see the courtship between the olive trees, the grape vines, the fig and pomegranate trees, and the aromatic plants that create an ecosystem in harmony with species such as partridge, wild boar, roe deer and rabbit.
