Condiaroma 33 produces the first authentic Sicilian balsamic vinegar, born from more than 40 years of passion and research. Our vinegar is crafted from grape must of our own vineyards combined with ancestral vinegar yeasts, following a completely artisanal process.
We age our vinegar through the traditional Soleras method, the same used for Marsala wine, creating three unique variants with 12, 33, and 41 barrel passages. Each bottle offers a different level of intensity, depth, and aromatic richness.
