The Japanese Organic Craft Beer
Paradise Beer Factory
The World's Only Domaine Brewery
Cultivating our own beer barley, using natural yeast from a 350-year-old sake brewery, and fermenting in custom-built wooden vats (1,300L) crafted from traditional local Kashima cedar wood — we asked ourselves: "How would Japanese people brew beer, if they infused it with Japanese elements?" The answer is our uniquely Japanese cultivation and brewing approach.
World-class recognition: Featured at the G7 Summit 2023 state dinner, selected by INUA (sister restaurant to Copenhagen's NOMA), international competition medal winner, and certified organic in 2024. We create a truly Japanese beer that we can proudly share with the world: “A pint of Paradise”.
Available in 330ml bottles and 350ml cans: White Ale, IPA, Session IPA, Saison, Sake Ale, Lager
Actually, we don't just make beer. We grow our own native soybeans, wheat, and rice, and we also produce miso, soy sauce, and soy milk gelato using traditional methods without pesticides or additives. It's not enough to just use ingredients without additives; our theme is how to make food using the minimum number of ingredients possible, which is why we need to grow varieties of crops that are difficult to grow but still delicious using the ingredients as they are. We own our own fields and produce with our own hands because that gives us freedom. Deliciousness, be free.
