  • You must have an active membership at the time of application to be invoiced at the member rates, listed below.

  • ***After May 5, 2023, no future adjustments will be made to invoices, if you have not paid your membership dues. 

  • The first round of booth selection will be according to Exhibitor Earned Priority Points, beginning March 22.

  • After April 12, booth selection will be available first-come, first-served.

  • For new booth reservations, 50% deposit is required at the time of application for booth space. 

  • Payment in full is due by July 19, 2023, for all exhibiting companies.
