SOHO offers exclusive exhibitor-only opportunities to help provide your company with maximum exposure and raise your visibility at this premier hematologic oncology event. Your exhibit booth is just the beginning!

Industry Expert Session

Industry Expert Sessions provide an opportunity for exhibitors to present live, non-certified educational sessions, highlighting a new service or development of a particular product, to SOHO attendees.

Exhibitors with secured, contracted SOHO 2025 Annual Meeting exhibit space are eligible to apply for a 1-hour Industry Expert Session time slot. Breakfast slots may be reserved for $75,000 each; Lunch and Dinner slots may be reserved for $100,000 each and Dessert slots may be reserved for $50,000, all will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.


Included Elements: Industry Expert Sessions

  • Seating for SOHO attendees
  • Standing lectern with microphone, projector, confidence monitor and 2 screens at the center of the stage area
  • Wireless microphone on a stand in the center of the room for audience Q&A
  • Draped six-foot table for literature
  • Plated food and beverage

Room set, including seating and stage, cannot be modified. Any additional audiovisual needs must be ordered in advance and are the responsibility of the exhibitor (cost and logistics).

Industry Expert Sessions will be promoted in the online and printed SOHO meeting program. SOHO will provide Expert Session sponsors with the 2025 SOHO Annual Meeting advance registration mailing list.

Industry Expert Session Time Slots

Eight time slots are available for the 1-hour Industry Expert Sessions. Times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve your spot early. Submit your IES application to the attention of Belinda Melder at bmelder@jwccllc.org.Times are subject to change.

Exhibitor Meeting Rooms

Exhibitors may rent meeting rooms during the SOHO annual meeting on the Exhibit Hall Floor. Private meeting rooms provide space for attendees and exhibitors to meet and collaborate with colleagues while onsite. Each 10x10 meeting room is $10,000. You can select multiple rooms to make a larger space.

The Exhibitor Meeting Room includes a hard-walled meeting room with a lockable door, carpet, and a company identification sign. Exhibitors are responsible for ordering Internet, electrical, phones, catering, office equipment, furniture, etc. through the appropriate contact.  Please note that group presentations to attendees will not be permitted in this area.

Email Broadcast

SOHO will distribute an email broadcast on behalf of Exhibitors to all registered delegates for a fee of $2,000. The content of the email requires preapproval by the SOHO Organizing Committee and must be in final  HTML or email format.

Please note: SOHO will not host images, design or proof your email nor will we test any links that you might include. The email will be forwarded to all registered delegates (opted in) exactly as it is received. Limited to 3 per day.
